Same pump.fun curve, graduation and liquidity. fair rewires everything around it: who deploys, what's allowed to launch, who gets block 0, and where every fee goes.
01
Block 0 is sealed.
The create, the 2% guard and the fee lock ship as one atomic bundle through Helius Sender and Jito: they land together, in order, in the same block, or not at all. The coin's address stays private until it's on chain, so nobody can pre-arm a sniper. No dev bag in the create, nothing to front-run. Every coin shows its block 0, measured on chain.

02
One master wallet.
Every coin is deployed by the same master wallet. No per-coin dev wallet, no dev allocation, nothing in the create for a dev to dump. Same creator on every fair coin: originals are provable.
03
Vamps bounce.
Before anything is signed, the ticker and name are folded to one canonical form: case, spacing, Cyrillic and Greek lookalikes and leetspeak all collapse. Then they're checked against every coin launched here and every ticker already trading with real liquidity. Names one edit away are refused, and copied pictures are caught by a perceptual hash.

04
The 2% sniper guard.
With no dev bag, block 1 is free money for bots. So the master buys 2% of supply inside the create bundle, watches the chain every 250 ms, and dumps the full 2% into the first outside buy. Snipers buy the top; the guard sells it to them. Your deposit funds it and settles back right after.

05
Fees buy it back. Then burn it.
Inside the create bundle, 100% of the coin's creator fees are routed on-chain to its own vault and the admin key on that split is revoked: the routing is frozen for good. Every 5 minutes fair's burn engine claims the vault's fees, buys the coin with exactly what it earned, and burns every token it bought.

Your launch wallet.
Lives in your browser, encrypted with your passcode (AES-GCM, 310k PBKDF2 rounds). It pays the 0.035 SOL fee plus the guard deposit, which settles back seconds after launch, and it only signs a payment to fair's master for the exact amount on screen. You hold the key: back it up before you fund it.

Founders earn ranks.
Every founder carries an on-chain rank that follows their wallet. It climbs with every coin that bonds on fair with a clean record. Dump your bag in the first hour, bundle with linked wallets, or get flagged by holders, and it flips to a red flag until that coin is out of your last 5. Fresh wallets start at New, so nobody washes an old record.

Founders cap at 10%.
Your first buy goes out after the guard, never in block 0, and fair won't route a founder buy past 10% of supply while the coin is on its curve. Anything that goes around it shows up in the holder check.

09
The holder check.
Every coin page pulls its holders straight from the chain: the founder's bag, the top 10, who bought in the first blocks, and wallets funded from the same source. Exchanges fund everyone, so they're filtered out.

Holders can report.
Only holders, once per coin, weighted by what they've held for 15 minutes. When 5 holders with 5% of supply between them agree, the coin is flagged and its founder's rank turns into a red flag. A rival has to hold a real piece to flag a coin.

The fine print.
No vamps covers coins launched here. Anyone can still copy a ticker directly on pump.fun, but every original has the master wallet as its creator, and copies don't.
Block 0 stays empty. Nobody can protect block 1: the guard makes sniping it a losing trade, not an impossible one.
The guard runs on your deposit. You get back what it didn't spend, plus what it brought back up to what it cost. If no sniper comes, pump's fees on its round trip (about 0.02 to 0.05 SOL, depending on the creator fee) come out of it. What it makes off snipers stays with fair.
Pump.fun sets the trading fee. The creator share funds the burns; pump keeps its protocol fee. Coins paired with SOL or USDC pay pump's standard creator rate.
Each coin's vault is a wallet derived from fair's key and run by the burn engine on fair's server. The on-chain split can't be changed, but whoever holds that key controls the vaults. We hold it, and the engine only claims, buys and burns.
One override exists that we don't control: pump.fun's own takeover (CTO) admin can reset any pump coin's fee routing. We can't.
The 10% cap covers buys fair builds for your launch wallet. You hold your key, so it isn't enforced on chain; the holder check shows what you hold.
Linked wallets are found one step back: who first sent each wallet SOL. Routing through more wallets can hide a bundle, so a clean check is evidence, not proof.
A red flag stays on its coin for good. A founder's rank only looks at their last 5 coins for red flags.
